I’m your empowerment coach—here for the women who are done proving, PLEASING, and playing small.
Human Design isn’t here to tell you who you are—or put you in a box.
It’s here to help you see who you’ve always been underneath the trauma, the people-pleasing, and the pressure to be someone you’re not.
We’ll use your unique chart mechanics through human design to disrupt the pattern, decondition the noise, and help you finally trust your damn self again.
If your truth makes people uncomfortable, good. It means you’re finally being honest.
MY STORY
Trust me, I’ve been where you’re at
Ten years ago, my life looked nothing like it does now.
I was still living for everyone else—shrinking my truth to stay liked, saying yes when my body screamed no, and trying to earn worth through over-giving, and over-working.
I was raised in a family of narcissists.
Joined the military at 17.
Served 14 months in combat operations in Iraq.
Battled chronic pain, seizures & addiction.
Got sober without anyone’s roadmap.
Got certified as a Trauma Recovery Coach & as Narcissistic Abuse Specialist.
Held space in trauma communities until I burned out trying to “support” in ways I wasn’t designed to.
For years, I thought healing meant being digestible.
Now I know it means burning down everything that asked me to shrink.
